Eventually it's going to come back fake and then you're busted. But what I'm talking about is a routine traffic stop. I made a fake insurance card myself. I just xeroxed a valid one of my friends except I used a type-writer and pasted my name on top of hers. Viola! I have insurance as far as a cop knows. That is, if I get stopped by a cop and he asks for license and registration I have it. And no, they don't check any data-base for insurance. I've been stopped twice this past year and showed my fake card.
