		<description>OK, I agree if you get in a wreck it&#039;s a bad idea to try and pass off fake insurance.  Eventually it&#039;s going to come back fake and then you&#039;re busted.

But what I&#039;m talking about is a routine traffic stop.  I made a fake insurance card myself.  I just xeroxed a valid one of my friends except I used a type-writer and pasted my name on top of hers.  Viola! I have insurance as far as a cop knows.

That is, if I get stopped by a cop and he asks for license and registration I have it.  And no, they don&#039;t check any data-base for insurance.  I&#039;ve been stopped twice this past year and showed my fake card.  Works like a dream, still got the tickets though.  &gt;:(</description>
