We are excited to announce the second Cars For Girls Summer Giveaway! This week we will be giving away a Samsung S860 Digital Camera! All you need to do to enter to win is leave a comment below. On Monday July 21st, we will randomly select one winner and will contact them to arrange for shipping (we will take care of shipping costs).

So just leave a comment below and you might win a brand new Digital Camera this week!

My husband has a camera, a NICE camera that he bought with his hard saved, hard earned money. He is an amateur photog. Problem is, he hates letting me use it because he thinks I don’t handle it carefully enough so I can’t take it anywhere with me. I need this camera something awful to take photos of my new life. When my daughter was five my parents took her from me due to my alcoholism. I moved to florida April 4 2007, the day my daughter turned 19, with 10 1/2 years sobriety, my car payed off and money saved for the move after years of working two and three jobs.

That camera is amazing. I have been shopping for a camera for my daughter. She is in a bunch of clubs at school and is the historian and this would be the perfect camera for her to use. I would LOVE to win this camera!!! I have an old Nikon 35mm camera, I don’t know if you can even have film developed anymore. I am ready for a camera just for me. WIth 6 kids they are always wanting to take a picture, and I rarely get to use “MY” camera. I could make a new one “MINE” and let them use the other one. I might end up with some good picture then, instead of lots of fingers and toes. Here’s hoping that I am a winner!

This is so cute. I would love to have this to use in my classroom. I have been needing to get one for so long to take pictures of my students so they can have some pictures of themselves when they were that age. For years all my pictures ended up off center and minus people or their body parts. So I gave up trying for years. Then my daughter asked me to take pictures with her digital camera. I’m in need of a new camera so bad. My daughter is getting married August 23, my son is expecting their first child, a boy September the 7th and our neice is getting married September the 13.
Since we now live 1200 miles (one way) away from them, we will be driving because we have our small grandchildren spending the summer that will be going to these events with us, plus we have two children still at home and with school starting and sports and band camps are budget is so tight that a camera unless I win is not in our near future. What a cute site. When I got my first car at 16, my dad would not let me drive it alone until I knew how to check all of the fluid levels, change the belts, check the electrical connections and change the tire by myself. I also had to know how to get the convertible top up in two minutes or less in case it rained.

I am not a girl but a 61 y/o grandmother recovering from two types of cancer-squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and thyroid cancer. This is a great site. I love the article on hybrids on the front page. My husband and I had a long Prius vs. Scion debate, before we finally bought the Scion, his choice, because it was cheaper. I wish the Prius or some other hybrid was more affordable, esp. with gas prices being what they are.

I would love to have an 8.1 megapixel camera. I could use it for home and for work (I do public relations for a non-profit organization). It would be a blessing to have a camera that takes really high quality photos.

Boy, could I ever use this! My old Kodak DC5000 (6 years old) just broke — during vacation! I managed to jury-rig it to last the trip, but it would definitely cost more to repair than it’s worth. I wanted a newer, lighter camera anyway, and a PINK Samsung S860 would be excellent. ONly one problem. My daughter (who honestly has developed an interest in photography lately) would want to claim it for herself - leaving me still in need of a new camera!
