		<description>I think the thing that worries me most is a billing error.  I haven&#039;t seen a billing department yet that doesn&#039;t make mistakes.  Usually, you have the time to call and straighten it out, but I wouldn&#039;t want to be without wheels until they figure it out. 

In any situation, the chance for being stranded seems awful high.  Out of town, in the wrong neighborhood, etc.</description>
